Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. Cancellation: Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of their appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being applied. 

2. Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Revitalize Studio management. 

Privacy Policy:

1. Information Collection: Revitalize Studio collects personal information from clients solely for the purpose of providing our services. This may include but is not limited to, names, contact details, medical history, and other relevant information necessary for the provision of our services.

2. Data Protection: We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of all personal information collected. All data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

3. Information Usage: Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is not shared with third parties without explicit consent from the client.

4. Compliance: Revitalize Studio adheres to all relevant data protection laws and regulations to ensure compliance with privacy standards.

1. Agreement: By engaging with Revitalize Studio's services, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Client Conduct: Clients are expected to treat staff and other clients with respect and follow any guidelines provided by Revitalize Studio staff.

3. Cancellation: Clients are required to adhere to the cancellation policy outlined above.

4. Termination of Services: Revitalize Studio reserves the right to terminate services if clients fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Medical Waiver & Disclaimer:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks: Clients acknowledge that participation in fitness and wellness programs involves certain inherent risks and assume full responsibility for their health and well-being.

2. Consultation: Clients are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before commencing any new fitness or nutrition regimen.

3. Assumption of Risk: By signing the medical waiver and disclaimer, clients accept and assume all risks associated with participation in Revitalize Studio's programs.

4. Release of Liability: Clients release Revitalize Studio and its staff from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained as a result of participation in our programs.
